A research paper on data matching using Northern Ireland administrative data.

Purpose

The paper outlines a methodology developed by NISRA for matching administrative data records to support the creation of Administrative Data Population Estimates (ADPE). This is part of efforts leading up to the 2021 Census.

Supporting documents

This paper was published on 27 October 2014 alongside The Future Provision of Census of Population Information for Northern Ireland. It outlines indicative proposals for the 2021 Census.
