Changes to the Claimant Count

NISRA are making changes to the claimant count.

From 21st March 2018 NISRA is changing the claimant count measure from one based solely on Jobseeker's Allowance to an experimental measure based on Jobseeker’s Allowance and out-of-work claimants of Universal Credit.
