Changes to the Claimant Count

NISRA are making changes to the claimant count.

From 21^st March 2018 NISRA is changing the claimant count measure from one based solely on Jobseeker's Allowance to an experimental measure based on Jobseeker’s Allowance and out-of-work claimants of Universal Credit.
