Work Quality in Northern Ireland – July 2022 to June 2023

This is the latest release of work quality indicators for the period July 2022 to June 2023, sourced from the LFS and ASHE.

Analysis of eleven work quality indicators; earnings, secure employment, under/overemployment, job satisfaction, meaningful work, career progression, employee involvement in decision-making, bullying/harassnent, under/over skilled, line manager support, and flexible working. Analysis is presented for the followng cohorts; sex, age, deprivaton quintile (most and least deprived), and skill level.
