Disability pay gaps
This research used the novel Earnings and Employees Study 2011. For disabled and non-disabled employees, the key aims of our research were to:
- compare job-related and personal characteristics;
- quantify disability pay levels and associated disability pay gaps for job-related and personal characteristics; and
- use statistical modelling to identify key factors associated with (i) disability pay levels and the (ii) disability pay gap.
