Correction Notice: 10 March 2023. It was discovered that in the originally published tables for marriages, the values and percentages for 'other denominations' and 'civil marriages' in table 7.7 were transposed for the year 2020. It has now been corrected. No other denominations, years or tables were affected by this. NISRA apologises for any inconvenience. Correction notice 8 February 2023: An error with 2021 marriages was detected where a small number of cases were double counted. The overall total has reduced from 7,962 to 7,921.
