As part of the wider effort to operate within the current financial constraints, the Human Resource Consultancy Services (HRCS) team within NISRA, reviewed the annual Analysis of NICS Recruitment Competitions report. Taking account of user feedback, we have decided to streamline the report by presenting information in graphs with supporting tables, in order to enable resources to be focused on key issues of policy importance.
