Population Estimates and Projections for Northern Ireland
Confirmation was received from the UK Statistics Authority in August 2016 that the population statistics for Northern Ireland are designated as National Statistics.
This followed the publication of an UKSA Aassessment Report (312 in July 2015), a NISRA Action Plan addressing the requirements and six further suggestions. These documents and those related to the previous assessment (124) in 2011 are included here.
