NISRA Customer Survey 2022

The report provides results of NISRA statistics and services used by NICS staff from a customer survey conducted between 15 November 2022 and 2 December 2022, and was published on 21 March 2023.


This report is the first based on a new updated version of the Customer Satisfaction Survey, previously carried out by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA), and was published as an Official Statistic. Results from this report are not directly comparable with those published in the previous NISRA Customer Satisfaction Survey reports.
