AccessNI Customer Survey 2016

The detailed report on the 2016 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), was released on 23 March 2017 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.


The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of AccessNI's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2014 results are also given.
