AccessNI Customer Satisfaction
The detailed report on the 2014 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), was released on 17 April 2014 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.
The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of AccessNI's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2013 results are also given.
