2011 Census bulk download products are available to download.
Bulk download files are provided in a bespoke CSV format designed to be automatically loaded into systems that allow users to interrogate and manipulate the data.
Two zip files are available for each major release from Census 2011, and packaged by geographic type (administrative and statistical).
- Administrative geography files generally include data for Northern Ireland, Education and Library Boards, Health and Social Care Trusts, NUTS3, Assembly Areas, Local Government Districts, and Electoral Wards.
- Statistical geography files generally include data for Northern Ireland, Super Output Areas, and Small Areas.
Please note some tables are not available at every geographical level due to statistical disclosure control considerations.
