The responses to the 2004 consultation exercise were considered with those that emerged across the rest of the UK as a result of similar consultation exercises conducted by the Office for National Statistics and the General Register Office for Scotland.
Proposals for the 2007 Census Test questionnaire emerged from this work and were presented publicly at three census information days in March 2006. Information days were held at the following locations:

- Enniskillen 31 March 2006
