This report contains the first results from Census 2011, usually resident population at Census Day by sex and single year of age for Northern Ireland.
The population estimates in the 16 July 2012 report were published rounded to the nearest 100 because at that time the dataset was still being subjected to a number of final statistical procedures.
The statistics in the '2011 Census - Population and Household Estimates by Local Government District for Northern Ireland' report, published on 19 September 2012, reflect the final Census database.
