This document helps users look at differences in the census questionnaires across the 10-year period, between 2011 and 2021.
The questionnaire comparability report helps to identify where differences in census outputs may be as a result of a change in definition or response categories, rather than a change in underlying population characteristics.
An outputs comparability document will follow shortly. It will identify the equivalent census table produced in 2011, indicating any differences, and whether the output is comparable.
