This report examines the views of victims and witnesses in Northern Ireland on their treatment by various criminal justice organisations and others who work within the criminal justice system. The research is based on the experiences of civilian prosecution witnesses (including victims) from cases tried at Belfast and Londonderry Crown Courts during the period 2002-2003.
