Proposed changes to 2015 NISRA Customer Survey

NISRA proposes to change the methodology of the Customer Satisfaction Survey. We would therefore welcome your views on the proposed changes in advance of implementation for the 2015 NISRA Customer Survey. Further information is available here. Headline results from NISRA'S Customer Satisfaction Survey were released
on 26th March 2015.

The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of NISRA's service to its customers. Comparisons with the previous year are also given.
