Headline results for the 2009 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), were released on 18 December 2009 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of DFP's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2008 results are also given.
