Department of Finance & Personnel (DFP) Customer Satisfaction Survey

The detailed report on the 2009 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), was released on 11 February 2010 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of DFP's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2008 results are also given.
