Prior to the publication, the 2012 Personnel Report was shared in error with officials not on the agreed pre-release access list, contrary to Protocol 2 Practice 8 of the code. This breach has been reported to the Chief Executive of NISRA's office and remedial action is in hand.

An error has been identified in the coding of Executive Agencies for 2011 and 2012 Personnel Reports.
DoE Planning Service was no longer an Agency from 31 March 2011, and DRD Roads Service was no longer an Agency
from 31 March 2012, both of which were incorrectly coded as Agencies during processing.
A routine has been applied to correct the coding, and the revised reports are available to download here.
