T he detailed report on the 2011 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), were released on 6 May 2011 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of AccessNI's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2010 results are also given.
