The detailed report on the 2013 survey, produced by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), were released on 18 April 2013 in line with the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The statistics cover the level of satisfaction with various aspects of AccessNI's service to its customers. Comparisons with the 2012 results are also given.
