Management

The Chief Executive is assisted in the management of the Agency, by two management groups:

(a)       A Senior Management Group (SMG) comprising of six Senior Principal Statisticians.  The group advises the Chief Executive on strategy and major issues of Agency policy and is responsible for ensuring the effective overall operation and performance of NISRA.

(b)       A Management Board (MB) made up of SMG and Grade 7 Statistician/Administrative Heads of Branches.  The Management Board supports and advises the Chief Executive in the formulation, implementation and review of Agency policies.  The Management Board is in turn supported by a series of working groups that deal with cross-Agency issues remitted to it by the Board.
