The LPS/NISRA Residential Property Price Index is the NI component of the newly launched single official UK House Price Index.
The index is published by Land Registry (England & Wales) on behalf of the four official statistics producers (Office for National Statistics, Land Registry, Registers of Scotland and Land & Property Services NI).
