If you are having difficulty in using the site or discover a technical fault then please let us know by giving us some information on the fault you experienced.   The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency is committed to providing a high level of online service and apologies for any inconvenience caused.  

Once a fault has been logged, we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Viewing files in PDF format

To read PDF files you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater. This can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe web site.  When you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed the file link you have clicked on should automatically open to allow you to view the document. 

 
Downloading files from our website

To download files from our web site, place your mouse pointer over the linked text, right click your mouse and you should see a drop down menu.  Choose the option "Save Target As".  Now save the file to a directory of your choice on the hard drive of your own PC.  Make sure you take a note of the path name to where you have saved the file.
